Our story

God has graciously revealed His Glory through a recent heavenly encounter. In this vision the Ark of the covenant with emphasis on “The Mercy Seat.” was unfolded.

Mercy Seat Ministry Intl. will provide health-care for the Spirit, Soul and Body through the application of the Blood of Christ; enabled by The Holy Spirit.

Mercy Seat ministry intents to encourage every person to encounter the miraculous Glory of God through the blood of our Lord Jesus, and by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Reverend Dr. Winston and Annie Freckleton

Lead Pastor

Pastor Winston is a first-generation minister of The Lord Jesus Christ. He received Christ as his savior and was born again at the age of sixteen. Pastor subsequently embraced God’s calling to ministry! He dubbed himself a Servant-Leader. He responded passionately to Christ’s invitation to authentic relationship: “Those who truly love me are those who obey my commands. Whoever passionately loves me will be passionately loved by my father. And I will passionately love him in return and will reveal myself to him.” (John 14:21 TPT)

Pastor Freckleton’s ministry is distinguished by the love of our heavenly Father and a Christ-like empathy for everyone! He highly values the dignity of every person regardless of their ethnicity or socio-economic status.

Pastor Winston embraces God’s kingdom agenda in collaboration with the companioning and potent anointing of the Holy Spirit. He has preached God’s words locally and globally since his conversion. His preaching and teaching are marked by miracles and results in encouragement, spiritual growth, healing, deliverance, and restoration.

In addition to parish ministry, Reverend Dr. Winston Freckleton serves his local community as a Clinical Chaplain and Pastoral Counselor.

Pastor resides in North Metropolitan Atlanta with his beloved wife Annie and their family.
